1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the applications and services provided by QUANTICO ATLAS GROUP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company, a Texas limited liability company.
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES (THE "SERVICE"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE.
2. Eligibility

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
Harass, bully, or "dox" other users.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the apps.
Interfere with the security features of the Service or disrupt the experience of other users.
6. Company Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to QUANTICO ATLAS GROUP, LLC. It is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." QUANTICO ATLAS GROUP, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTICO ATLAS GROUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
10. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration conducted by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules.
Venue: The arbitration shall take place in San Antonio, Texas.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Service and to block or prevent your future access to the Service for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.
13. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantico Atlas Group, LLC regarding the Service.
Waiver: Any failure by the Company to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so in the future.

3. BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS

4. ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

At QUANTICO ATLAS GROUP, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality entertainment and gaming experiences. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines our standards regarding refunds for digital goods and services.
1. General Policy: All Sales are Final
Except as required by applicable law or the specific terms of the platform provider (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), all purchases made within our applications are final and non-refundable. Because our digital products (such as premium features, account upgrades, or ad-free experiences) are consumed or accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer "buyer’s remorse" refunds once the content has been delivered to your account.
2. Platform-Processed Refunds
Most of our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. These platforms manage the billing and payment processing directly.
Apple (iOS): Quantico Atlas Group, LLC does not have the authority to issue refunds for iOS users. You must request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google (Android): For purchases made within the last 48 hours, you may be able to request a refund through the Google Play website. After 48 hours, the platform policy generally limits refunds to technical defects.
3. Subscriptions
If our Service offers a subscription-based model:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Access: You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Technical Issues & Errors
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit if:
